About
Ellen is a multidisciplinary artist based in New York City, working across printmaking, ceramics, and design. She holds a BFA in Illustration with a minor in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts and an M.A. in Art Education from Lehman College.
Her work began with traditional printmaking—etching, monotype, and woodcut—and has since expanded to include ceramics, where she explores both wheel-throwing and hand-building. Ellen works as a freelancer and, in her free time, enjoys painting as a form of creative expression. Ellen has also worked in after-school programs teaching art.
